Puck drop is just 2 hours away, from round 3 of Pens vs Isles. More reports are surfacing that Godard and Englland are dressing for Pittsburgh and not dressing softer players such as Mike Comrie and Ben Lovejoy. Hearing some quotes and reading Penguins blog sites, it appears as if they feel they are the victims and they have done no wrongs themselves. "Obviously, two games ago, we were upset with the way our players were being treated. The next game was intense, and some people would say it got out of hand," said Islander forward Zenon Konopka. "I've come to the conclusion that it's probably in (the Penguins') hands how the game is going to be played out."
The Islanders are coming well prepared, again with Konopka, Matt Martin, Trevor Gilles and Michael Haley all primed and ready to go to war. If Tyler Kennedy, Kris Letang, Chris Kunitz or Max Talbot start running around, throwing elbows, knee's and/or crosschecks, the Isles will say ITS ON! I predict a game with 4-5 fights, and over 100 PIM's... Keep in mind this will be the first time Rick Dipetro has played the Penguins since his goalie fight.
